RULES AND REGULATIONS

  1. The competition is open to all Indian nationals.
  2. The running time of the film, including credits, must not exceed 60 seconds.
  3. The film should adhere to this year’s theme: ‘Through your lens:
    A celebration of disability inclusion’.
  4. Films must be submitted in ProRes format only.
  5. The films can be animation, live-action, or a combination of both.
  6. Subtitles/closed captioning in English is mandatory, even if the film is in English.
  7. Audio description is encouraged for the benefit of visually impaired persons.
  8. The film must not have been previously screened in public or made available on any social media platform.
  9. Permission to download must be granted for films uploaded via Google Drive.
  10. The deadline for submission is May 31, 2025.
  11. An entry fee of INR 500 is to be paid online for each submission.
